Embarred of screaming/ moaning when having ?

i lost my vaginity to my bf a cuple of years ago and at first i dint enjoy that much so oviously i had nothing to scream or moan about then. now i cant get enough of it although it took time to get to enjoy it. Now a lot of time has gone past and although i want to let out how i felling , im embarest to randomly come out with a noise as its been so long. Has this happened to anyone? or do you have any advice?
