A narrowband arial is best for receiving ogue signals. Most of the arials nowadays being produced are all wideband for digital television but I think they work okay for ogue as well. It would be best to get an external arial but if that's not an option a good indoors arial with a booster that you plug into the mains may help. Think I'd be more worried about why it's always quiet though and wipping all your staff to make more sales ;)
