Am I over feeding my 2 1/2 week old?

To be honest, I really don't think you can over-feed a baby, they will stop eating when they are full. Is it a powder formula? I found with both my kids that the concentrate was a bit more heartier vs the powder kind. My son at that age was taking 5oz of formula every few hours! In the hospital they gave him simalac concentrate and he would down the entire 4oz when he was just hours old!!! He's now 12 months, still eats like a tank but isn't overweight. I should also mention with our son, on the advice from our medical practitioner we had to supplement his formula with cereal. Some babies are just hungry babies.
