Why is it that when gas prices were $4 a gallon everyone blamed Bush?

Let's be completly honest here........Both parties were involved in the legislation that brought about the current economic problems here in the states.......Bush as the president is only the "Big" Target. its easy to throw stones at him......However he did little to prevent the problem either. Now it's gone global....Hang onto your hats kids...its going to be a bumpy ride.
