How do I get my Sirius Stiletto 100 Portable radio to transfer music from its hard drive to my computer?

I have a sirius portable Radio (stiletto 100 model {v1 version not the new one, the v2}. I hook up the computer USB cord to my computer, when i get into the the hard drive of the device, i drag and drop it to my desktop. however, the folder only drop and when i open my folder there is no music! What do i need to do so i can get my music off of my radio so i can get more songs on it?
