Can someone help me that is in high school?

Okay so there is this guy I like and he does something different day. Like he would trip me, shut my locker, tease me, gives you the ‘look’, smiles in a very y way when you talk to him, try to get me mad not in a mean way. At homecoming I was dancing and being a real **** and he sucks at dancing and when I told him to dance he went to my friend and started to dance. Our teacher thinks we like each other but we keep saying “no, ewww”. Then he got a girlfriend and when I tried to get away from everything he tried to talk to me even more. He would talk about his girlfriend everyday. Like he would say “I need to go see my girlfriend” and then I said “you guys are weird, why don’t you guys hold hands”. And he was like “FINE I WILL HOLD HER HAND!!!” but they didn’t and now they are going to break up. By the way he’s kind of shy on asking out a girl. I am more shy then he is. Does he like me? What should i do? We might act like 4th graders but that how we are. Im in 9th grade.
