When I guy doesn't want to talk to you or hand around you what does that mean?

last night i was talking to a friend Peter on facebook and i asked him if he wanted to hang the next day with my bestie Paige her boyfriend Harley and my ex Curtis and Peter was on the phone to paige and asked her if they wanted to hang out and she said yes but Curtis said he wont hang out with us if I went and I don't know why , and he wont even talk to me I send him messages on facebook and he wont reply to me . He said he doesn't hate me or anything but he wont talk to me or hang out with me ???? what's up with that ?
