none, well my bro used all kinds, like proactive, it didnt help him, but he got this shaving cream from some eastern european country and it killed all the acne he had, but he ran out and couldnt get anymore and now he has some. but u sould wash your face everyday, that will unclog the pores. and dont eat stuff with too much sugar, shouldnt intake more than 100g of sugar a day.
