PLEASE HELP IM TOO SKINNY!!!!?!?!??! help!!!!?

Protein powder, eating is ten time more effective in gaining weight than exercise. You may be eating a lot but if your genetics are working against you than you may need something extra ask a doctor for help maybe or ask your parents about weight gaining shakes and such, mix that with some weight training, NO cardio, and it might help.
