My son has breathing problems. but very active and people say he is smart.?

he started beign stuffy when he was about 7 mont old. i talked to the doctors all the recommend is saline. after he turned 3 yrs oneday he was coughing and wheezing that's was the only time he wheezed.i took him to the doctor and prescribe antibiotic but after he finishes it it came back then prescribe albuterol so he stopped. but since then he wheezes when ever he coughs. after a year in winter he wheezes like every two weeks. doctor prescribe albuterol with nebulizer. they said he has bronchitis caused by a virus inhis lungs. the doctor prescribed pulmicort he always gets eye infection. i asked the doctor she said it is not pulmicort may be allergy. she said pulmicort has no side effect. but they mention it on the pulmicort patient guide one of it is glaucoma. so i stopped the pulmicort. my son is allergic to many food, so i got him checked by allergist and avoided what he is allergic of. and when he goes to pre-school he comes back home barely breezing.
