It did come out of Nowhere , but it looked like penger jets with innocent life's hitting American buildings taking yet more innocent life's, your are correct what the hell were those terrorist thinking, and why didn't Mr. Clinton put a lid on it when intelligences told him there was a plot instead he made it easier for them to get drivers licenses , vote and go to Pilots school of all things.
