I Have Painfull Burning When I Pee And Constantly Have The Urge To Pee.?

Ok im going to try to make this quick. Im A 15 Year Old girl and i recently lost my virginity maybe like 5 days ago. Ever since then i have been feeling the sussen urge to randomly pee and constantly pee. And When I Do Pee Exatly The Second After im done peeing i feel the most painfull burning sensation. it ranges from 30 seconds to about 5 mins. What could this be from and how would i go about making it stop: / Thanks:)
