Does this sound like a pregnancy symptom to you?? really worried?

my tummy from above pubic bone to just under belly on is sore.. It feels as if it has bn stretched kinda taut.. Don't know what is wrong. is this a preg sign.. haven't had in 7 weeks and have had numerous neg tests.. am really worried and have become consicous of it..
