Biology Anaphase I Meiosis?

Ok I'm supposed to draw and label Anaphase 1 stage of Meiosis for a diploid organism with 2n=4 and I have no idea how to do so. Could someone please explain how to draw it or maybe send me a link of an image but the 2n=4 is important.
